Bonnie Snyder, a certified Personal Chef, is
the woman behind Savories Personal Chef Service. She has a lifelong
passion for culinary adventure, for the nurturing power of
food, and for sharing the fine art gourmet creations can be. Educated
at the Culinary Business Academy in New Mexico, Bonnie is a member
of the United States Personal Association (USPCA) and adheres to the
USPCA Code of Ethics. She
is a creative chef with a restaurant background, who has been
recognized by the New Mexico Governor’s office as an outstanding
small business owner of the year 2004.
Culinary School
Chef Bonnie left the restaurant business to
start Savories because she wanted to be free to share her culinary
gifts on a more personal level.
Cooking school developed within her a love for the
true art of gourmet presentation.
Opening her own Culinary Studio was a natural
progression, which allowed her to share her love and passion for
quality food with people from all walks of life and cooking
abilities.
Chef Bonnie’s philosophy on cooking is one of
quality:

offering of processed food (food made for profit, not people) and a
